The flagship of Dragonfly Squadron is the USS Dragonfly, an Obena-class Emissary. The headquarters of Dragonfly Squadron is Montana Station aka Starbase 406, a Canopus-class starbase. Starbase 406 is home to the Dragonfly Emissary Squadron, which runs diplomatic and intervention operations in the surrounding systems and beyond to ensure system security.
