IKS Slivin IKS-132 is a B'rel-class starship of the Klingon Empire currently assigned to Fourth Fleet under a cross-command exchange program. It serves as a diplomatic escort and on general security duties in support of the task force's diplomatic mandate.
Prior to the secondment to Starfleet, she was part of the House of Jutarg's home fleet, and has been well maintained and underwent a recent engine refit as of 2402.
History
Built in the family shipyards in orbit around Caligar in the early 2360s, she is a veteran of the Dominion War and the Gorn Incursions of 2393. When not actively deployed, she has spent vast stretches of time in the House's Home Fleet and in ready reserve status.
In late 2402, the ship deployed to the Shackleton Expanse and helped explore and make contact with the inhabitants of the Duwalla System. The vessel is currently commanded by the brother-in-law of the leader of the House of Jutarg, Kerak.
After a brief return to Klingon space in early 2403 to conduct 'House business' and destroy an space station of a rival House, they were again deployed through the Vadian Transwarp conduit to the Shackleton Expanse. While there they assisted in the rescue of the USS Appalachia, and countering the upstart Nanirs of the mysterious Kleptarky. After a scouting mission through the Duwalla System on their way back to Framheim Station, they redeployed to the Alpha Quadrant.
A month later the ship found itself again deployed with the USS Appalachia during the multiversal crisis during the spring of 2403, and assisted in the recovery of the survivors of the Goldfinch.
After taking part in first phase of Joint Exercise: Tranquil Dawn, the vessel was recalled to Caligar and replaced by the Flagship of the House of Jutarg. she was then placed in reserve and designated for sale or loan to another House.
