Montana Squadron is a multi-mission unit within Fourth Fleet Operations under the command of Fleet Captain Geronimo Fontana and Captain Peter Crawford..
The flagship of Dragonfly Squadron is the USS Dragonfly, an Obena-class Emissary. The headquarters of Dragonfly Squadron is Montana Station aka Starbase 406, a Canopus-class Starbase. Starbase 406 is home to the Montana Emissary Squadron, which runs diplomatic and intervention operations in the surrounding systems and beyond to ensure system security.
