Selene Division is a division of the Fourth Fleet operating under Task Force 86 under the command of Captain Radak.

History

After a diagnosis of Tuvan Syndrome Captain Radak was about to retire from Starfleet. He had been serving as a Strategic Operations Officer on Starbase 86 since Frontier Day and the events onboard his ship. Looking forward to a quiet if brief retirement on Vulcan he became convinced that the Klingon Defence Force was gathering forces in a sector of space in The Triangle for an invasion of Romulan territory.
