Home to more than thirty-two million residents, the city stretches along hundreds of kilometers of coastline and across interconnected island districts, forming one of the most densely populated urban centers in the region.
The city's most famous district is the Sapphire Coast, a breathtaking shoreline renowned throughout the Federation. Featuring luxury resorts, diplomatic residences, public beaches, marinas, and the Federation Convention Center, the district serves as the primary destination for visiting dignitaries, tourists, and interstellar conferences. The city's most prominent landmark is the Hall of Memory, a vast complex dedicated to preserving the collective history of the Hyconi people. Within its archives are ancient manuscripts, genealogical repositories, oral history recordings, archaeological collections, and cultural artifacts dating back to the earliest known civilizations on Hycon.
