USS Nova NCC-72230 is a Nova-class Federation starship currently assigned to Fourth Fleet's Task Force 21.
History
In 2379, the Nova was placed into to Starfleet Battle Group Omega. The Nova, along with the battle group, was ordered to sector 1045 to assist the USS Enterprise-E later that same year. They were unable to assist as the Enterprise was ambushed far from the rendezvous point[2].
