USS San Jose NCC-75583 is a California-class Federation starship currently assigned to Fourth Fleet's Task Force 21. She is currently under the command of Captain Scott Bowman.
History
Construction
The construction of the USS San Jose NCC-75583 was completed at the San Francisco Fleet Yards in 2400. The ship was built for diplomatic purposes, with well appointed conference rooms and VIP suites taking up a large portion of the upper decks.
First Year
The San Jose's first mission was to bring a contingent of Engineering personnel to the New Providence Shipyards to oversee the decommissioning of several vessels. From there, they were tasked to bring a shipment of supplies to the Delta 11 Outpost, near the Klingon border. During this mission, they experienced a temporal anomaly which sent them back to the 23rd Century, during the Klingon War.
