Daimon Klunt is a high-ranking official within the Ferengi Alliance. A successful businessman, he owns and operates a number of profitable companies that are located along the Federation-Ferengi border as well as the Ferengi-Breen border.

Klunt is cunning and clever in his transactions. Though he is a keen supporter of the changes undertaken by the Ferengi Alliance back in 2375, he hasn’t forgotten how to make a profit and exploit his customers and those he deals with. He does employ women Ferengi, especially on those facilities he operates along the Federation border as a facade to show his support of equality among Ferengi society.

A rich Ferengi, the primary source of Klunt’s income come from his multiple casinos and hospitality businesses. The largest of these is in the Lappa System, where he owns one of the moons and bases his operations from his largest casino facility, the Bunnicorn’s Foot, at the heart of his business empire.

Klunt has served in the Ferengi military for some time, but defers any military matters to those that serve under him. His flagship, the Jrayton, is his pride and joy. Its outer hull is gold-plated and styled in the same manner as the shell of gold-pressed latinum. He rarely uses it and it is normally docked on the moon he owns in orbit of Lappa IV. It is more of a symbol of his wealth.
