Serti is a middle-aged Orion woman of handsome features and average height and build. She's the unofficial head of the Orion families on Ta'shen and through years of manipulation had won not quite her freedom, but a position of authority as a manager of certain aspects of Ta'shen's entertainment industries. Her intelligence gathering apparatus is the same entertainment industry she was entrusted to manage and as such she knows far more about the world and other players on it than most would be happy to hear about.

She's a fierce and determined woman set on the goal of Ta'shen as an Orion world, or at least not a Romulan or Reman world, though they are welcome to stay, as all would be on her world. She's willing to make deals to secure her position and the fate of her birth world, but she will not trade one collar for another.

Testing space for a lot of weird shit. Examples of most infoboxes are commented out in the source for this page. Look at your own peril. Also, Starbase Kickass and its associated shenanigans are Totally Canon. All events are real and undocumented as no one wants to admit they exist.
