This is simply powering the flagicon portion of [[Template:Belligerent]]. This is simply powering the flagicon portion of Template:Belligerent. It doesn't seem to work if included in the Belligerent template, go figure, so this lives here separately and everything works beautifully.
When calling this, simply use the name of the image you wish to call as a icon for use. Do remember to get the extension correct.
