The Hierarchy Central Command is the operating authority for Hierarchy vessels and personnel. They have a sister base of operations located in the Gradin Belt and control a significant region of space in the area. The Hierarchy governmental body is composed of the Overlookers who directly control all operations. Operations in the area are largely focused on extending surveillance in the region; relaying information to the Central Command's Surveillance Complex; exact location unknown. Their ships are known to hunt in packs and carry out tactical assaults of varying degrees of strength and stealth.
