The Bravo Fleet Gaming Policy defines how gaming ribbons are awarded and which games are officially supported by the Gaming Office.

- Star Trek Online

- Gaming Nights are synchronous events organized by members under the coordination and approval of the Gaming Office.

- Supported games have defined formulae for earning gaming awards.
- Groups of members may play video games together that are not officially supported to earn Combat Action Ribbons at a rate of one ribbon for groups two to three members, two ribbons for group of three to four members, and three ribbons for groups of five or more members ribbons per action.

3.2 — STO In-Game Fleets
- Bravo Fleet maintains fleets for the following factions/platforms:
- PC - Federation
- PC - Klingon
- XBOX - Klingon
- Members may join an in-game fleet by requesting to do so in #STO-Invites.
- Characters that do not log in at least once every six months will be removed from the in-game fleets to ensure there are enough slots for all members.
- Members transfer to the Reserves voluntarily or through the AWOL process will have their characters removed from the in-game fleets.
- In-Game rank is separate from a member's Bravo Fleet rank and is assigned by the Gaming Office.
- Members are initially assigned the rank of Junior Officer/Warrior.
- Members holding Bravo Fleet Command positions are assigned the rank of Officer.
- Members holding Bravo Fleet Senior Staff positions are assigned the rank of Senior Officer.
- Other members may be assigned the rank of Officer or above as needed.
- Permissions for each in-game rank are assigned at the discretion of the Gaming Office, and all members have access to:
- Purchase from provisioned fleet stores and fleet shipyards
- Visit fleet holdings
- Invite non-members to fleet holdings
- Use the Fleet Bank (limited by rank)
4 — World of Warships
- Bravo Fleet has established a presence in World of Warships for the PC only.
- The console version, World of Warships Legends, uses a different XP system and is not compatible with the PC version.
- You can find us under the tag [4BF] in game, by the name of "4th Fleet - Bravo Fleet", on the NA server which is closest to the majority of players.
- World of Warships allows you to request access for the fleet, which you can search for, request, and then mention in the #world-of-warships channel on Discord that you have.
Ranks
- Everyone has the permission to contribute oil to the fleet base, which you obtain by opening crates.
- Rank does not necessarily matter too much in World of Warships at this point in time, as no formalized structure has been established.
- This may change in the future as the group grows.
Awards
Campaign Ribbons
- Campaign Ribbons may be earned for each tech tree country you have earned a Tier VI ship in, earned with XP or by Early Access event.
- In-game currency ships do not count, like those purchased with doubloons or real-world cash.
- A qualifying screenshot should show the country tech tree with the unlocked branch, with the ship either with a checkmark by the Tier VI ship or a silver currency value by it.
- You can submit a screenshot for each individual country tech tree that qualifies for this ribbon.
Strategic Action Ribbons
- Strategic Action Ribbons are meant for completing events within a team that does not have another Bravo Fleet member present.
- To get awarded for this, simply show the scoreboard for the round at the end, which you can either get by staying in the entire round or by checking the combat summary after the round is completed through your feed.
- Actions that can gain you Strategic Action Ribbons are calculated by this table:

Section 4 - Other Games
- The Gaming Office recognizes that there are more games out there than just the ones listed in the sections of this document that fleet members like to play.
- This may include:
- Party games, such as Among Us, Cards Against Humanity, and the Jack series quiz games
- Multiplayer video games, such as Stellaris, Elite Force and Bridge Commander
- Tabletop RPGs, such as Star Trek Adventures or Dungeons & Dragons
- You may count the usage that you do towards these games towards Bravo Fleet gaming submissions for ribbons. However, these will have vastly different award structures than officially supported games.
- Campaign Ribbons will not be awarded for any game other than an officially supported game from above.
- Strategic Action Ribbons will not be awarded, as the point of this section of games is to play with other members of Bravo Fleet together and the point of the Strategic Action Ribbon is for playing as a single member of Bravo Fleet in a game.
Party Games
- Party games are classified as any game that has a drop in or out type play structure that does not require a large time commitment. This can include games that work best on mobile phones but also can include party card games or trivia style games.
- These are always organized in advance as part of a Gaming Night within Bravo Fleet.
Combat Action Ribbons
- As the Combat Action Ribbon is meant as a ribbon to be given for group Bravo Fleet activities, this is the primary award for party games.
- All submissions for any party games must show in a screenshot the game's lobby for each of the rounds participated in, with BFMS IDs for each player clearly designated in both the dropdowns and, most importantly, the notes for the submission designating what nickname is used for which BFMS ID.

Multiplayer Video Games
- A multiplayer video game in this context is a game that requires a medium to large time commitment that does not fall under any one of the supported games already listed in a section of this policy.
- As games sometimes require you to "clan up" or you may get recruitment messages from other groups and wish to avoid it, you may use [4BF] in a game to signify membership within Bravo Fleet.
- This is most commonly an ad-hoc gaming style, so no need for a Gaming Night, though you may want to use one to organize some matches; contact any member of the Gaming Staff and we can help with this.
Combat Action Ribbons
- These types of games can net you a Combat Action Ribbon for recording joint play with two or more members of Bravo Fleet.
- As there are many types of games out there, the following information must be recorded in these types of submissions:
- The name of the game;
- General genre information;
- How many rounds were played together; and
- How long the session was.
- Unlike other sections for Combat Action Ribbons, this particular section is decided on a case by case basis, as there is a very wide range of games that can be awarded for.
Tabletop Games
- These types of games are new, and cover traditionally played games played through our Discord.
- Writing can be involved, but dice and character generation would be part of this.
Combat Action Ribbons
- For participating in the play of a tabletop game, you can earn Combat Action Ribbons.
- As there are many types of games out there, the following information must be recorded in these types of submissions:
- The name of the game;
- General genre information;
- How many rounds were played together; and
- How long the session was.
- This will have an earning table posted as soon as we have sufficient data as to what an appropriate way to award these will be.
