The USS Zebulon Pike or simply "Pike" is a Raven-class light corvette. The Pike is an intelligence and covert operations ship under the command of Commander Ethan Talon.
The Zebulon Pike was originally commissioned as the Aerie Class light surveyor, SS Meadowlark launched in 2350. The Meadowlark was mothballed at the Trip Tucker Maintenance and Regeneration Base near Mojave, California in the early 2390's and rescued by Commander Talon and his wife Trinity on May 5, 2394.
The ship was heavily modified from its original configuration to include a holodeck, for training and mission preparation, and the installation of forward and aft torpedo launchers. Science bays were removed to accommodate more crew in a double bunk configuration. To aide in the ship's covert mission profile a cloaking device was "borrowed" from the Narlin Empire and is overseen by Sub-commander Audren Swiftblade.
