Starbase 900 was the base of operations for Task Force 38 and the Delta Exploration Initiative. After the Borg attack its ruins are now located at the exit of the Safe Passage.  Hestia’s Hearth now is the codename used for the memorial for Starbase 900 which is located in the same exact location as where Starbase 900 was.  What is remaining of the base is off limits due to radiation and other issues of that area.  They don’t know what effect the Solaria Gateway’s collapse will have on this area.
