==2. Gaming Awards==
==Summary==
# As defined by the Office of the Chief of Staff, there are three awards related to gaming:
Commissioned in the year 2293, shortly before the signing of the Khitomer Accords, the Watchtower-class Eos Station was a military outpost along the Romulan Neutral Zone. Charged with gathering intel on the Romulans, defense of the Federation borders, and keeping tabs on our Romulan neighbors, Eos Station was the best of the best. Equipped with all the latest technology of the day, Eos Station was a shining beacon for the Federation.
## Strategic Action Ribbons, awarded for solo gaming actions.
### Members may only earn 20 Combat Action Ribbons per day.
## Combat Action Ribbons, awarded for group gaming actions.
### Members may only earn 50 Combat Action Ribbons per day.
## Campaign Ribbons, awarded for meeting long-term gaming goals
# Members earn gaming awards by submitting their gaming activity to the gaming activity form on the BFMS with a screenshot that clearly identifies the activity in question and the member(s) participating in it.
## Submissions for Combat Action Ribbons should only be made once per action, with one member submitting a screenshot, the BFMS IDs of the other members, and a list of which in-game handle or screen name matches each BFMS ID.
## Supported games have defined formulae for earning gaming awards.
## Groups of members may play video games that are not officially supported together to earn Combat Action Ribbons at a rate of one ribbon for groups of fewer than three members, two ribbons for group of three to four members, and three ribbons for groups of five or more members ribbons per action.

==3. Star Trek Online ==
Following the Tomed Incident in 2311, the Romulan Star Empire entered a prolonged period of total isolation. In that time, politics changed, people changed, and the Federation’s needs changed. Once a part of the old guard, Eos was relegated to an overequipped, unimportant outpost along a border of the Federation that seemingly no longer mattered. Over the following decades, Eos fell into disrepair due to her low priority status. 2400 was the year that changed everything for Eos Station as the collapse of the Romulan Star Empire of Rator and de facto Romulan civil war changed the landscape once again. Revived and brought back to life, Eos Station is called upon again to serve the borders of the Federation, this time opposite Romulan space from the Romulan Free State, as well as many other unknown independent Romulan factions all vying for control.
#Bravo Fleet has officially supported in-game fleets on PC and on XBOX
##On PC, for Federation and Klingon
##On XBOX, for Federation
#Members may request to be added to any of these fleets in the #STO-invites channel on Discord.
#Characters that do not log in at least once every six months will be removed from the in-game fleets to ensure there are enough slots for all members.
#Members may also participate fully in STO gaming as Klingons on XBOX or any faction on PlayStation, despite the lack of an official in-game fleet.

=== Ranks and Access Permissions ===
Club 504, the  nightlife destination on Eos Station, is owned and operated by the mysterious Lon Tik, a Human with a fondness for the finer things in life. This club offers an unparalleled experience for patrons from all corners of the galaxy. Nestled within the crowded confines of Eos Station, Club 504 is the  premier establishment for those needing a little night life entertainment.

* In game there are seven different ranks that Bravo Fleet members can be assigned. The in-game ranks do not match up with Bravo Fleet ranks.
* Crewman/Bekk, the most basic rank, is the automatic rank assigned to people when they first join. This is an administrative holding rank, meant for new joins that are not online when invited and for other administrative functions as needed.
* Junior Officers/Warriors is the second rank. This is where the majority of the membership will be. This rank gives permissions for provisioned ships, equipment and basic rights to the fleet to withdraw from the fleet bank and use chat functions within the game.
* Officers is the next rank. This is where most of the Bravo Fleet Command members are within the game, as expanded permissions are sometimes necessary for events.
* Senior Officers is the highest rank that can be achieved by any person outside of the Gaming Department. This is for people that have been helping with creating gaming nights and need a few extra permissions, like to create calendar events.
* The rest of the ranks are for the Gaming Office members and senior staff that need permissions for fleet related Charter reasons.
* Permissions within the fleet vary based on needs. All members of the Bravo Fleet STO groups have access to:
** Purchase from provisioned fleet stores and utilize fleet shipyards
** Access to fleet holdings
** Ability to invite non-members to fleet holdings
** Limited access to the Fleet Bank
* All other permissions are directed at the discretion of the Gaming Office.

====The Quantum Brew====

== Section 3 - World of Warships ==

* Bravo Fleet has established a presence in World of Warships for the PC only.
** The console version, World of Warships Legends, uses a different XP system and is not compatible with the PC version.
* You can find us under the tag [4BF] in game, by the name of "4th Fleet - Bravo Fleet", on the NA server which is closest to the majority of players.
* World of Warships allows you to request access for the fleet, which you can search for, request, and then mention in the #world-of-warships channel on Discord that you have.

=== Ranks ===

* Everyone has the permission to contribute oil to the fleet base, which you obtain by opening crates.
Tucked away in the docking ring, The Quantum Brew is a place of warmth and comfort. The aroma of freshly roasted beans fill the air, inviting patrons to take a temporary pause from their travels. The decor is a rustic charm, with holographic displays of celestial bodies decorating the walls with traditional Bolian tapestries. The owner, a cheerful Bolian named Tuvor, is always ready with a friendly smile and a hot cup of the Nebula's Nectar, a signature blend he ''claims'' was inspired by none other than Admiral Janeway herself.
* Rank does not necessarily matter too much in World of Warships at this point in time, as no formalized structure has been established.
** This may change in the future as the group grows.

=== Awards ===

==== Campaign Ribbons ====

* Campaign Ribbons may be earned for each tech tree country you have earned a Tier VI ship in, earned with XP or by Early Access event.
** In-game currency ships do not count, like those purchased with doubloons or real-world cash.
* A qualifying screenshot should show the country tech tree with the unlocked branch, with the ship either with a checkmark by the Tier VI ship or a silver currency value by it.
* You can submit a screenshot for each individual country tech tree that qualifies for this ribbon.

==== Strategic Action Ribbons ====

* Strategic Action Ribbons are meant for completing events within a team that does not have another Bravo Fleet member present.
* To get awarded for this, simply show the scoreboard for the round at the end, which you can either get by staying in the entire round or by checking the combat summary after the round is completed through your feed.
* Actions that can gain you Strategic Action Ribbons are calculated by this table:

== Section 4 - Other Games ==
Upon stepping in, one is immediately drawn to the cozy feel of a traditional tavern, steeped in Scottish heritage. The gentle glow of the lighting further enhances the intricate wooden enhancement that decorate the establishment. Comfortably arranged seating invites guests to settle in and relax, while an impressive bar takes center stage, offering an expansive array of beverages to choose from. Neatly organized rows of bottles adorning the shelves behind the bar showcase a diverse selection of spirits and liquors. A charming touch of rusticity is added by the prominent display of cigar boxes atop the bar, subtly alluding to a culture of indulgence and convivial gatherings. The owner, Haggis McCreery, invites you to The Scottish Tap

* The Gaming Office recognizes that there are more games out there than just the ones listed in the sections of this document that fleet members like to play.
* This may include:
** Party games, such as Among Us, Cards Against Humanity, and the Jack series quiz games
** Multiplayer video games, such as Stellaris, Elite Force and Bridge Commander
** Tabletop RPGs, such as Star Trek Adventures or Dungeons & Dragons
* You may count the usage that you do towards these games towards Bravo Fleet gaming submissions for ribbons. However, these will have vastly different award structures than officially supported games.
** Campaign Ribbons will not be awarded for any game other than an officially supported game from above.
** Strategic Action Ribbons will not be awarded, as the point of this section of games is to play with other members of Bravo Fleet together and the point of the Strategic Action Ribbon is for playing as a single member of Bravo Fleet in a game.

=== Party Games ===

* Party games are classified as any game that has a drop in or out type play structure that does not require a large time commitment. This can include games that work best on mobile phones but also can include party card games or trivia style games.
==Support Craft ==
* These are always organized in advance as part of a Gaming Night within Bravo Fleet.

==== Combat Action Ribbons ====
===='''Assigned Vessel'''====

* As the Combat Action Ribbon is meant as a ribbon to be given for group Bravo Fleet activities, this is the primary award for party games.
*USS Galileo NCC-52004 Support Vessel (Steamrunner-class)
* All submissions for any party games must show in a screenshot the game's lobby for each of the rounds participated in, with BFMS IDs for each player clearly designated in both the dropdowns and, most importantly, the notes for the submission designating what nickname is used for which BFMS ID.

*Sadat, Research (Danube-class Runabout)
*Mandela, VIP Craft (Danube-class Runabout)
*Akaar, Patrol (Volga-class Runabout)

* A multiplayer video game in this context is a game that requires a medium to large time commitment that does not fall under any one of the supported games already listed in a section of this policy.
In addition to the support vessel and runabouts, the station also houses several Type 11 and Type 14 shuttle crafts for diverse purposes, along with cargo management units and workbees.
* As games sometimes require you to "clan up" or you may get recruitment messages from other groups and wish to avoid it, you may use [4BF] in a game to signify membership within Bravo Fleet.
* This is most commonly an ad-hoc gaming style, so no need for a Gaming Night, though you may want to use one to organize some matches; contact any member of the Gaming Staff and we can help with this.
