Ta'shen is a world inside the territory of the former Romulan Star Empire within close proximity to the shared borders of the Romulan Free State and Romulan Republic. A resort world in the days of the Old Romulan Star Empire, Ta'shen had continued in that capacity as well as serving as an unofficial centre for off-the-books diplomacy and deal-making thanks to a rarely granted 'free port' status, at least for the other Romulan states and those with enough capital to bribe their way to the surface.

All gaming activities are submitted with screenshots to verify validity, via the BFMS. For the sake of awards, all awards earned will be rounded up to the nearest whole number.
History
Founding? Resort world for centuries and centuries? Minor mineral extraction and agriculture are located far from the resorts to keep them supplied. Reliant on off-world imports to major technology and expansion. Slaves were brought in to run the behind the scenes stuff, fight in the coliseum, staff the less savoury destinations.

Environment
The environment of Ta'shen is fairly typical of Class M worlds, though verging more towards a warmer medium than most as evident by the lack of surface ice and the generally pleasant climate found and most latitudes. This made the world, with minimal biosphere modification, a perfect place for the establishment of resorts for the rich and powerful during the era of the Romulan Star Empire.

Section 2 - Star Trek Online
Rudimentary weather control systems moderate any potential dramatic storms, diverting them away from the more populous resorts and the world's only major city of T'ma'ru, which plays host to the majority of the resorts and other entertainment locales. T'ma'ru is essentially maintained in a tropical to sub-tropical climate to allow for year-round favourable weather conditions for all guests.

Star Trek Online is a Massive Multiplayer Online Role-Playing Game from Cryptic Games based in the Star Trek Universe. It is a quasi-alternate reality game, set in the 2409-2411 era with its own distinct storyline that does not completely mesh with the newest offerings of Star Trek media. Like most of the Star Trek games, there is a higher combat focus than what is seen on-screen, and for better or worse it is a worthwhile game to pick up.
The climate elsewhere around the world is allowed to essentially run naturally. This does mean frequent large-scale cyclonic storms that lash the various landmasses. As such what farming is done on the planet tends to be done in the rain-shadows of the few mountain ranges in order to protect as best as possible from the majority of storms. Mineral extraction sites worldwide tend to be built with the weather in mind as well, though more with a view towards enduring what weather comes versus avoiding it.

As it is a not highly resource intensive game for PCs, it is a good starting point for people interested in gaming within Bravo Fleet.
T'ma'ru
The capital city of T'ma'ru...

The game can be accessed directly from the Arc Games website, Cryptic’s game launcher, found here: https://www.arcgames.com/en/games/star-trek-online. It is also available in the Epic Games Store and on Steam.
Factions
STO Fleets
Senate Loyalists
The die-hards of the Empire. This coup is nothing to worry about. The true loyalists in the navy will rise up, smash this threat, and restore order. Likely whichever Admiral does it will declare themselves Preator and the Empire will dust off the old playbook and be back in business within a few months. Until then best to wait it out right?
Notable figures
Lo’nic Creval, Governor of Ta’shen, a man who was appointed to the position by the good graces of his predecessor. His family would be considered part of the Empire’s very small Middle Class, with no senatorial connections by blood. He retained his position purely by keeping Ta'shen functional for the aristocrats of the Empire to visit and the flow of intelligence it provided regarding visitors. With no military connections he will do anything to maintain the status quo on his world until the Senate can retake control and hopefully find someone amongst its ranks as a patron.

As a fleet, Bravo Fleet has a strong presence with the PC version of Star Trek Online and has established two fleets there in order to serve our membership. At this time, Bravo Fleet does not have a presence on the PlayStation or XBox Star Trek Online, though this may change in the future depending on the popularity of the platforms within our membership.
Planetary Garrison
They’re in the dark about the coup. They’ve just heard that a slave revolt in nearby systems has apparently spread beyond one world and the slaves here have got it in their fool heads to do the same. They’ve been charged with protecting the governor’s palace until relief arrives. More than enough of them to hold the palace but if they ever actually got their orders, then things could get really ugly really quick.
Notable figures
Major...

On the PC platform, we are listed on the Federation side as "Bravo Fleet", while on the Klingon side we are listed on the Klingon side as "House of yo loS'".
Reman slaves
They’re declaring for Resak and his provisional government. They hold no real grudges against the common Romulan people, but the aristocrats have to go. Violently. French Revolutionaries. Round up all the nobles, put them down. Then figure out what to do.
Notable figures
Who?

Fleet Holdings
Romulan slaves
A chance to actually have a say? Awesome! Under a Reman? Yah...nah. No offence to their Reman comrades, but seriously. Democratic revolutionaries are more likely. Claim Ta’shen as independent, maybe side with the Republic if they can get support to settle things planetside.
Notable figures
Who?

Bravo Fleet’s fleet holdings are worked on by our current and past members, and we are proud to field the assets we have out to the current members of the Bravo Fleet STO fleets. The names of the places are not picked at random; they are places with names which pay homage to both Bravo Fleet’s past and the story told within Star Trek Online.
Orions
The Orion population of Ta'shen dates back centuries and is comprised completely of those born on Ta'shen, descendants of those taken as slaves by Romulan forces centuries ago. Knowing no other fate or even much of the galaxy at large, they have served as the backbone of the entertainment industry serving from prostitution to gladiatorial combat. With the unexpected outbreak of revolution on Ta'shen, the Orions have banded together under a singular leader, Serti, seeking freedom for themselves and everyone else who had been enslaved by the masters of Ta'shen. They seek not to rule the world but to prevent any one faction from becoming dominant, seeking a more balanced sharing of power to prevent any further enslavement.
Notable figures
Serti - A middle-aged Orion woman of handsome features and average height and build, Serti is the unofficial head of the Orion families on Ta'shen. Through the years of her servitude, born into it in fact, she manipulated her superiors until she was granted a position of authority as a manager of certain aspects of Ta'shen's entertainment industries by her masters. Specialising in the more intimate pleasures that the powerful sought when they visited Ta'shen, Serti began building her own intelligence-gathering apparatus, taking advantage of those who sought the pleasures serviced by those under her charge. This lent her even more ways to manipulate her nominal masters, though usually indirectly via those she had learned interesting information about.

The Federation Bravo Fleet lists its assets as such:
A fierce and determined woman, she is set on the goal of Ta'shen being an Orion world, or at least not a Romulan or Reman solely controlled world, though they are welcome to stay and even visit. Pragmatism however is a key trait and she's always willing to make deals, as long as they aren't disadvantageous to her or her birth world as she is not keen to simply trade one collar for another.

*Fleet Starbase: Starbase Bravo
Miscellaneous slaves
*Fleet Spire: Bravo Spire
Sizable population of other slaves from around the Empire who worked the worst jobs alongside the Remans. Of course they’re less inclined to follow Resak though. One in particular, an actual Romulan, is preaching about a state of the People, for the People. Space Communists.
*Fleet Dilithium Mine: Asteroid Base 565-Bravo-47
Notable figures
*Fleet Embassy: Ch'Haven Memorial Embassy
Who?
*Fleet Research Lab: Mannheim Temporal Research Kyana Annex
*Fleet K-13: Providence Fleet Yards
*Fleet Colony: Mellstoxx III

The Klingon House of yo loS lists its assets as such:
clear

*Fleet Starbase: Klach D’Kel Bracht
Testing space for a lot of weird shit. Examples of most infoboxes are commented out in the source for this page. Look at your own peril. Also, Starbase Kickass and its associated shenanigans are Totally Canon. All events are real and undocumented as no one wants to admit they exist.
*Fleet Spire: Spire loS
*Fleet Dilithium Mine: New Praxis
*Fleet Embassy: TBD
*Fleet Research Lab: Krenim Temporal Warfare Base
*Fleet K-13: TBD
*Fleet Colony: TBD

Please note that these are not set in stone. There has been a long-standing bug in STO where anyone with editing permissions, the keyboard input not only defaults to entering in a name for the fleet holding, but it has a tendency to take the fleet holding name from one holding and duplicate the name to other assets. The names above are more for us to have an easy reference to make sure the assets have a consistent name we can return to in the event the names are erased.

Fleet Bank
Narendra-class stations are a small to mid-size Federation starbase design that draws design inspiration from the likes of the far larger Spacedock-class stations. Designed to be assembled at manufacturing facilities within the Federation and then shipped in pieces to their final locations, the Narendra is essentially a kitset starbase designed for rapid deployment. If parts are in stock and available, a Narendra can be brought online in a new location in a matter of months, versus the years or decade it may take for a larger facility.

The Fleet Bank is an asset that members can contribute to as a whole. The goal is to get characters equipped the best, in order to strengthen all of us as a whole and not just as individual players.
The intention was for a class of starbase to support Federation and Starfleet interests at a minimal cost in border sectors while not appearing as an escalation of assets to Federation neighbours who may take umbrage with a larger, more capable and fortified starbase.

The fleet banks in both fleets are broken up as such:
Not without their teething issues upon initial activation, each Narendra station has contributed to the success of the next station. Upgrades for the first generation are being considered, though this too is likely in the form of kitset compartments being deployed to expedite the work on site.

* Deposit Only - This is for the depositing of all assets that the fleet leadership can then sort into different tabs
Layout
* Commodities - This tab is dedicated to standard commodities needed in duty officer missions and projects, such as Shield Generators, Provisions, and Medical Supplies
* Rare Commodities - This tab is dedicated to rare commodities that are known to give great bonuses when traded in; this covers green and blue quality commodities, such as Contraband and Tulaberries, but also can cover Summer and Winter Event currencies
* New Character Jumpstart - This tab is dedicated to items that would help with leveling a character: any equipment Mark X and below, preferably green quality or better
* Consumables - This tab is dedicated to consumables like batteries, hyposprays, regenerators and repair components.
* Space Purple+ Mk 12 - This tab is dedicated to space items of Mark XII, Very Rare quality or above
* Ground Purple+ Mk 12 - This tab is dedicated to ground items of Mark XII, Very Rare quality or above
* Special Events - This tab is storage dedicated to special giveaway items during fleet events.

Access to the bank tabs are restricted by rank, for good reason. Some players have been known to go fleet to fleet and clean out fleet banks, so in order to get high access to the bank we have to ensure access controls.
The exterior of a Narendra-class is reminiscent of Starfleet's Spacedock-class starbases - a giant mushroom in space. The dorsal and ventral aspects of the station house large antenna farms, allowing the station to act as a regional communications relay and repeater as required. Dedicated shield generators protect the antenna farms from focused attacks.

Withdraw limits are laid out in the Ranks section.
Designed for forward deployment, the Narendra-class carries a wide variety of defensive screens and weaponry. The surface of the station is dotted with phaser array strips, torpedo launchers and older phaser banks in certain locations to provide focused firepower to dissuade attacks along prescribed vectors.

Membership
Due to the size of the station, it is not intended or expected to hold off a dedicated attack, but to dissuade raids and rapid strikes as well as buy enough time for reinforcements to arrive.

The Star Trek Online fleets have several levels of membership. Each level requires a minimum amount of activity, such as monthly donations to fleet projects within the Bravo Fleet fleet.
The central core of the station houses the primary computer cores as well as truck access for vital services up and down the height of the station. Primary cargo lifts are located here as well to transport materials from the cargo bays to wherever they need to go.

Because we want to keep a relatively accurate listing of who is involved and where, activity tracking will be utilized, and the more you contribute, the more you’ll be able to do within Star Trek Online with the fleet.
Operations
Having a character in the Bravo Fleet STO fleet requires three parts:
The topmost levels of the station house the Operations division, as typical simply referred to as Ops. The station's primary command and control functions can be located here as well as offices for the station command staff. Offices and facilities abound for the Starfleet personnel aboard the station to perform their duties. Of note is a large auditorium built into each station, capable of hosting a hundred officers and guests in a single sitting. While a holdover of the original Narendra design requirements, the auditorium has become standard to the class and can function as a large scale briefing room to concert hall as required.

* A Star Trek Online character not in any fleet;
Galleria
* A dossier on the Bravo Fleet website for tracking activity; and
* Access to the Discord server to ask for an invite

While not required, you can submit your Star Trek Online characters as characters on the Bravo Fleet website. Some people like to write out a story behind their character, and this is more than allowed. You can even share the written adventures on Relay Station Bravo (external URL https://forums.bravofleet.com/index.php?p=/categories/the-holodeck as a link). Writing within Bravo Fleet has never been a requirement of the Gaming Office, and will never be, but it can enhance the experience and is something you can take on if you so choose.
One of the larger sections of the station the Galleria functions as the core of station life and commerce. Spread over multiple levels, with terraces descending down the levels, and wrapped around the station core, no two Galleria's are the same once the stations come online. Vendors and locals alike soon discover that the modular nature of the station is more amenable to modification across the Galleria, by design, and modifications are relatively simple to engage in. Bulkheads in the shopping area can be moved and the terraces shifted with a bit more work.

Each rank achieved in Star Trek Online is a per account basis. If you have one character in one of the Bravo Fleet fleets, you will only have one promoted. But if you have more than one in a Bravo Fleet group, all characters will advance to the same level. This rank does not translate over to the Bravo Fleet website ranking system, which is based on historical activity and has different ranking. We ask that if you put in member comments your current Discord user name, so we know who you are for easier management.
This tends to result in a quick fashion that each Galleria becomes its own architectural marvel. Restaurants, kiosks, salons, parlours and a variety of shops can and will be found across the Galleria as local enterprises take root. Most tend to be representative of the galactic neighbour they find themselves in, with encouragement to galactic neighbours to take part in order to help build report and economic ties as well as informal diplomatic channels.

Rank 1 - Crewman
Sciences
Crewman is the basic rank of the fleet and anyone joining would be immediately assigned to this. It does not necessarily mean that you are
Each Narendra hosts an array of research laboratories, as befitting any Starfleet starbase. While not as expansive or well equipped as larger stations, their modular nature does mean that over time they can be readjusted as local conditions may require on a more regular basis. Each station does host a sizable stellar cartography installation, combined with the station's long-range sensors and telescopes, to help map new regions and collate information from nearby starships.

As a crewman, you can enjoy the benefits of:
This area of the station does contain its own communication center for coordinating scientific endeavours, backup computer cores, small lecture halls and secure storage facilities.

* Using fleet chats
Personnel Quarters
* Having places to donate fleet marks and supplies
* Fleet bank access:
** Being able to draw up to ten items from the fleet Commodity bank per day;
** Being able to draw one item from the fleet Rare Commodity bank per day;
** Being able to draw up to two items from the fleet Consumables bank per day; and
*** Being able to draw one item from the New Character Jumpstart bank per day

This is the starter rank for most members, and though this rank does not have activity requirements, logging in once every six months will guarantee a promotion to the next grade.
Spread across multiple levels is the station's living quarters. Containing hundreds of single-, double-, and family-sized occupancy quarters as well as a handful of diplomatic suites. Recreation centres, game rooms, holosuites and a small selection of eateries, typically franchises from those found on the Galleria, can be located in this section of the station. Occupying a large space in the middle, wrapped around the station's support trunk, lies the station's arboretum, a full forty meters in height.

Rank 2 - Officer
Medical
A Senior Crewman is the second rank that can be achieved. This will be the bulk of the membership of Bravo Fleet's STO groups.
The medical section of the station contains facilities typically greater then more starships, but small and ill-equipped compared to larger stations. Six separate sickbays dominate this section of the station, each equivalent to a large starship, and specialising in its own field of medicine. Counselling offices, wards for a variety of species and isolation facilities accompany cutting edge, at the time of assembly, scientific labs, limited research facilities and cryogenic suspension facilities for cases that can't be resolved on-station.

In addition to the base benefits, senior crewmen enjoy the benefits of:
A triage center lies in the heart of the station, with its own dedicated transporter facility and quick access to the primary sickbays. Each sickbay and the triage center all possess their own EMH, though with programming adjusted for their field of work.

* Expanded fleet bank access:
Cargo Operations and Hanger Deck
** Up to twenty items from the fleet Commodity bank per day;
** Up to five items from the fleet Rare Commodity bank per day;
** Up to five items from the fleet Consumables bank per day; and
** Up to four items from the fleet New Character Jumpstart bank per day
* Access to provisioned fleet stores

Most members are auto-promoted to Senior Crewman upon joining the STO fleet via an invite requested through the #sto-invites channel in Discord, but there are a few things you can do to keep the character in the Bravo Fleet STO group as an Officer:
The midline of the station is a cavernous space split into six main bays, or “wedges,” with reinforced support bulkheads dotted with pressure hatches and forcefield backups that enable any of the six wedges to be isolated from the others as needed. The internal configuration of stationary hatches and pass-throughs could allow a small craft to enter one wedge and exit out the opposite side of the station, though this is rarely encouraged in practice given the extensive traffic in and out of the station.

* Filling out your Discord user name on your characters Roster user comments in-game
The available internal volume of the wedges contains significant space for cargo pallets and shipping containers, short-term and long-term repair bays, propellant stores, warp coil stacks, impulse engine spares, and secured armaments facilities for any armed small craft.
* Filling out your bravofleet.com profile with your STO name and handle per character you have in the Bravo Fleet STO group
* Log in at least once in a six month period
* Participate in the conversation in #star-trek-online on Bravo Fleet's Discord server

Rank 3 - Senior Officer
Engineering Complex
Senior Officer is the third rank that can be achieved in Bravo Fleet’s Star Trek Online groups.
The Engineering Complex is located below the midpoint of the station and above the fusion generators. Engineering comprises four large levels and is interconnected via turbolifts, jefferies tubes and humble ladders as required. Engineering contains all the essential services for keeping a Narendra-class operational as well as housing backup computer cores and a hardened auxiliary command centre commonly used for damage control but capable of full station control if required.

In addition to what an Officer enjoys, Senior Officers enjoy the benefits of:
Fusion Generators
* Expanded bank access:
Primary power generation aboard the Narendra-class is achieved by three massive fusion generators located at the bottom of the station. Each generator plant contains four linked fusion reactors that collectively distribute plasma throughout the station. Two of the generator plants are enough to meet the station's power demands which allow for regular rotation in and out of service for maintenance purposes and hardware longevity. Each generation facility can be independently jettisoned from the station in an emergency.
** Up to forty items from the fleet Commodity bank per day;
** Up to eight items from the fleet Rare Commodity bank per day;
** Up to ten items from the fleet Consumables bank per day;
** Up to four items from the fleet New Character Jumpstart bank per day; and
** Up to one item from each of the max level bank tabs per day
* Ability to invite non-members to fleet assets

*While not the largest or most capable of stations, like the larger Canopus or Spacedock facilities, the Narendra are a comfortable forward deployment designed to support the Federation's interest while not posing as a serious concern to the Federation's neighbours. More than adequate at defending themselves from local raiders or pirates, a serious threat to a Narendra would best be answered with a fleet garrison until local tensions deescalate.
* At least two Campaign Ribbons earned on the Bravo Fleet website historically
*They serve as important border hubs for travel and commerce as well as providing essential services to outbound Starfleet vessels. While capable of providing servicing to Starfleet ships, outside of general maintenance it can best be described as sufficient to return to a more capable facility for proper repairs.
* Participation in at least one of the Star Trek Online gaming events
*Smaller than the Canopus facilities, a Narendra has a regular staff of a few thousand, with a capacity for the same again in regular civilian attendance. In an emergency, Narendra life support systems can accommodate 15000 people, but to call the situation cramped would be accurate.
* A minimum rank on the Bravo Fleet website of Lieutenant Commander

Rank 4 - Mentors
clear

As the highest rank one can achieve without being staff, a Mentor is asked to do so much more than other ranks. These are the mentors of the group, the people that we would ask to help those just joining, and therefore would be the people that would be willing and able to help in times of need.

Awards
-->

As part of Bravo Fleet STO groups, the gamers in Star Trek Online are entitled to a reward system that does work as part of the normal progression system within Bravo Fleet. This means that progression here can contribute to the rank attained on the Bravo Fleet website. This is meant as a way for gaming personnel to earn an equivalent of writing awards for spending time in the game as part of the group.

To submit for this ribbon is not done through the Awards Nominations interface, but the Gaming Nominations interface in the backend of the Bravo Fleet website, where a screenshot with certain criteria can be uploaded for proof of completion.

Completion screenshots for all content listed below should show:

* Completion of the content - can be the “Objective Completed”, a dialogue box going over the debriefing while still in the mission, or showing the rewards box active
* The team composition, which will list all characters in game
* Be identifiable what content it is

Special content requirement for each ribbon will list anything special that needs to be in the screenshot in addition to the above information.

Campaign Ribbon
The Campaign Ribbon is meant for major achievements in the game, and in Star Trek Online is awarded in cases of completing major milestones with a character. Currently the only major milestone is achieving the maximum level that a character can achieve (as of this writing, Level 65).

There are rare instances where a competition may award a bonus Campaign Ribbon due to the nature of the competition, and these are dependent on the competitions.

Strategic Action Ribbon
The Strategic Action Ribbon is the base ribbon that can be earned by a Bravo Fleet member. This is to show that time has been spent doing actions within Star Trek Online and is earned by going through parts of the game without any other member of Bravo Fleet. This can be awarded for Task Force Operations or for Star Trek Online special events.

A Task Force Operation, or TFO, is a Player vs Environment (PvE) queue that can be completed with a team. The ribbon for this would be awarded when you can present proof that the TFO was done with you as the only person from Bravo Fleet on your team. Each completed TFO submitted for a ribbon only qualifies for one ribbon.

Special events within Star Trek Online are a common trend for new content, where events launch several pieces of content. This can include new story pieces, revamped or remastered content, and sometimes just special times of the year where special content is available. A completion screenshot needs to include the drop, typically above the chat box in the default HUD layout, that says the completed action provides event progression.

Each completed qualifying action that progresses an event covers one ribbon for progressing an event by one day worth of content. This includes, if applicable for the event:

* Completion of a related story mission that is listed in the special event
* Completion of a qualifying TFO
** This does not stack with the above TFO ribbon
* Completion of one or two patrols, whichever updates the event progress for the full day
* This is solely depending on the event. Some events have special patrols that provide all the points earnable in the day, but * there are some events where a single patrol only provides one of the two points that updates event progression.

There may be bonuses for completion of certain content through gaming competitions, which will be listed for the competitions.

For Combat Action Ribbons, members are not required to be a part of any in-game Bravo Fleet fleet/armada in order to receive awards, however it is strongly encouraged. This does not apply to Strategic Action Ribbons or Campaign Ribbons, for which members are required to be a member of an in-game Bravo Fleet fleet/armada in order to receive these awards.

Section 3 - World of Warships
World of Warships is a game that we have added to expand the content that Bravo Fleet has to offer. It is available at worldofwarships.com

Bravo Fleet’s clan name in the game is 4th Fleet Bravo Fleet and the tag is [4BF].
Combat Action Ribbon
Combat Action Ribbons may be awarded for any match in World of Warships that has multiple Bravo Fleet members in a Division.

Modifiers:

* Mode
** Co-op battles: 1 (1x)
** Special event battle modes: 1.5 (1.5x)
** Random, Ranked or Operations battles: 2 (2x)
** Clan Battles (3x)

* Bravo Fleet members in group
** 2-3 (2x)

Strategic Action Ribbon
At this time there is no plan to include Strategic Action Ribbons with World of Warships until we can gauge the popularity of the game within Bravo Fleet.

Campaign Ribbon
The Campaign Ribbon should be awarded for earning enough ship and free XP to purchase any Tier VI warship. This can be obtained for every tech tree that a Tier VI warship is purchased for, but only one ribbon per country’s tech tree.

Paying for a premium ship with Doubloons or any other in-game resource, or achieving a ship via free giveaway, will not count towards this ribbon.

Section 4 - Other Games
New gaming platforms for official Bravo Fleet submission by its members are evaluated by the Gaming Office all the time. If you would like to propose a new platform, contact the Gaming Office and we can review what qualifications are needed and the demand in the fleet for the game.

However, there are some games that can be played that do not have an official presence, or are games that can be only played as two or more people connecting together. As Bravo Fleet does encourage fleet members to come together, we would like to hear about these actions, through our Discord preferably.

Combat Action Ribbons
As a pilot, Combat Action Ribbons can be obtained for playing games with other Bravo Fleet members in games that are not officially sanctioned by Bravo Fleet, but can be proven with two or more people in the game together. This can be done by bringing up an in-game scoreboard, preferably at the end of a match, which shows gamer tags or names. Each person must be listed out with their gamer tag and their Bravo Fleet username for association.

* For Combat Action Ribbons, members are not required to be a part of any in-game Bravo Fleet guild/fleet/kin in order to receive awards, however it is strongly encouraged.

Base: 1.0 Combat Action Ribbons

Modifiers:

* Bravo Fleet members in group:
** 3+ BF Members in Group: x 2.0

Section 5 - General Guidelines
* Bravo Fleet's official Discord server can be used for communication and coordination of gamers, and we encourage your participation there.
* Falsifying gaming submissions is defined as a member tries to report matches that have not been played for personal gain of any gaming awards or to attempt to earn wins in a competition. Any and all suspected falsifications will be referred to the Magistrate’s Office.
* Unsportsmanlike conduct will not be tolerated in Bravo Fleet. Unsportsmanlike conduct will result in an initial warning, and may be followed by a ban, and eventually referral to the Magistrate’s Office if it continues. Unsportsmanlike conduct includes, but is not limited to:
** Cursing at another member (not including cursing in general conversation, which should still be avoided)
** Demeaning talk to another member
** Demeaning talk to other gamers outside of our organization
** Talking negatively about a member in public to third parties
** Excessive gloating over a match
** Although unsportsmanlike conduct is prohibited, this policy is not meant to encourage members to report minor infractions. Someone being a sore loser (or winner) is not the same as being unsportsmanlike, and healthy competitive language is not penalized.

"Those who deny freedom to others, deserve it not for themselves"
    —Abraham Lincoln, Complete Works - Volume XII

Ta'shen is a world inside the territory of the former Romulan Star Empire within close proximity to the shared borders of the Romulan Free State and Romulan Republic. A resort world in the days of the Old Romulan Star Empire, Ta'shen had continued in that capacity as well as serving as an unofficial centre for off-the-books diplomacy and deal-making thanks to a rarely granted 'free port' status, at least for the other Romulan states and those with enough capital to bribe their way to the surface.

History

Factions

Outline the factions vying for control of Ta'shen.

Major...

Reman slaves

They’re declaring for Resak and his provisional government. They hold no real grudges against the common Romulan people, but the aristocrats have to go. Violently. French Revolutionaries. Round up all the nobles, put them down. Then figure out what to do.

Notable figures

Who?

Romulan slaves

A chance to actually have a say? Awesome! Under a Reman? Yah...nah. No offence to their Reman comrades, but seriously. Democratic revolutionaries are more likely. Claim Ta’shen as independent, maybe side with the Republic if they can get support to settle things planetside.

Notable figures

Who?

Miscellaneous slaves

Sizable population of other slaves from around the Empire who worked the worst jobs alongside the Remans. Of course they’re less inclined to follow Resak though. One in particular, an actual Romulan, is preaching about a state of the People, for the People. Space Communists.
