Reserve Starships

These are starships that are being actively repaired and refitted, but not actively constructed. Many of these designs, for various reasons, have reached the limit of their ability to be upgraded. However, they make up a significant portion of Starfleet support. While not considered front line vessels anymore, they are found all over the core territories and, at times, even the frontier.
